PHYSICAL STORE PURCHASES
All purchases of new jewelry purchased out of the case unaltered, may be returned within 14 calendar days with store receipt for a full refund in the same method as payment was made. Vintage or estate items are final sale. All special orders are final sale.
A full refund will be issued to the original purchaser for merchandise returned within 30 (to allow for shipping) days of receipt of the merchandise. Only the original purchaser may obtain a refund and only when the returned merchandise is in its original condition and is accompanied by a sales receipt from Ketti Jewelry. No refund will be issued for merchandise shipped after 30 days of receipt. All credit card refunds will be given in the form of the original payment.
Claims for damaged or missing merchandise must be reported immediately, but no later than 5 days after receipt of your order.
Call Ketti Jewelry at (732) 505-9191 to obtain return authorization. Securely package the merchandise and bring it to your carrier. The purchaser is responsible for paying return shipping and insurance costs. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number from the shipper and insuring your return package (for instance, tracking and insurance may be purchased from the U.S. Postal Service when shipping the item with that carrier). Ketti Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise that is lost, stolen or damaged in the return process. Return merchandise must be mailed to:

For security purposes, please do not put “Ketti Jewelry” on the outside of the package. Please address to "Ketti". In store returns may be made as well.
Following Ketti Jewelry’s receipt of a returned item, you will receive an email confirmation of the return. Please allow 5-10 days for the credit to appear on your account.
Prices include shipping costs from KettiJewelry to the customer. Items valued individually at $400 and above will be shipped Priority Mail Express . Items below $400 value will be shipped Priority Mail. Allow one week for arrival of items in stock. We will send you an email if an item is out of stock and it may require two to three weeks lead time. You may call us prior to placing the order if delivery times are important. Shipping only available within the continental United States.
